What’s the best way to clean my glasses?
To keep everyday looking clear a wipe with the included microfiber cloth will do the job. For a better cleaning, every few weeks use a drop or two of dishwashing soap and your fingers and clean them under running water. Use the microfiber cloth to blot dry. Never use anything but a microfiber cloth or on your lenses.
Why cant I purchase your Optical Collection online?
Optical frames require an extra level of fitting as well as making sure the frame is compatible with your current Rx. We feel this is best done with the help of your local qualified optician.
Do you offer Rx lenses?
All of our frames can be fitted with Rx lenses however we do not fill prescriptions online. This should only be done by your qualified optician.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only California residents need to pay sales tax.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.
I received the wrong product?
Please inform us immediately with your order# and we’ll fix up the problem.

Returns
If you get your glasses and decide that they don’t fit you well or you don’t like them for some other reason you may return them within 10 days for a full refund or exchange as long as they HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED or DAMAGED and are in the original packaging. Please return glasses in the original or similar shipping box.
If you need to return your glasses please do the following: Download, fill out and include this form in your shipment: Return Form For your protection we recommend that you use FedEx, UPS, DHL or some other shipper that provides a tracking number to ensure delivery verification.
Frames that were not purchased on our website will not be accepted under any circumstances. Sutro reserves the right to final approval on all returns and exchanges.
